The Velvet Top features a soft textured body, oversized longline hem, drop shoulder short sleeve, and circle neckline. Perfectly paired with the Seed Velvet Slip Skirt, this co-ord will elevate your style. The Velvet Top is made from a lightweight single lined Silk/Viscose blend, available in sizes 6 through to 14.
